(2) As reported by national news organisations today (Friday 31 January 2025), the three judges in the Sara Sharif family court proceedings can now be named. Journalist Louise Tickle, who was involved in the appeal against an order to keep the identities of Family Court judges anonymous, was interviewed on Radio 4 Today programme this morning (at 01:53:35). See the Transparency Project’s report on the appeal judgment here, links to media coverage and live updates here, and further context/comment here.
